Micki Schaffer
For over 25 years, I’ve been working with individuals and businesses on achieving their health and wellness goals. I focus on positive psychology principles as a thought partner with my clients and make our work together as fun as it is productive.
In my work with businesses, we create health improvement strategies that reduce healthcare costs, increase ROI, improve employee engagement, and create a culture of wellbeing.
In my work with individuals, we work together to identify and develop a plan to achieve their personal and professional goals.
