Each week focuses on one letter of the MŌR JOY Method, guiding you through a process of awareness, alignment, and integration.
Week 1 — M: Mindset of MŌR
Shift from “never enough” to intentional abundance. We begin by noticing the patterns of striving, pressure, and self-expectation — and gently reframing how you relate to success, joy, and worth.
Week 2 — O: Ownership of Energy
Learn to take responsibility for your energy and emotions without self-judgment. You’ll explore boundaries, emotional awareness, and where your energy is being drained or restored.
Week 3 — R: Resilience with Joy
Build emotional flexibility and self-trust. This week focuses on recovery, nervous system awareness, and creating rhythms that help you respond — rather than react — to life’s demands.
Week 4 — J: Joyful Connection
Strengthen relationships without overgiving. We explore authentic communication, asking for what you need, and cultivating connection that feels nourishing instead of depleting.
Week 5 — O: Optimizing What Matters
Align your time, values, and priorities. You’ll identify what truly matters in this season of life and begin shaping days and weeks that reflect those values.
Week 6 — Y: Your Joyful Future
Integration and forward momentum. You’ll clarify what joy looks like for you moving forward and create a simple, sustainable plan to carry this work into everyday life.
